School Settings and Data Operations
Use School Settings to maintain the school's identity and operating days. Use School Configuration to control the official-document types that apply to the school's country and school type.

School profile and operating days
In System Settings, set the school name, upload the school logo, and choose active teaching days. The active days should match the calendar used by your timetable. Save changes, then check the sidebar and schedule reflect the intended school identity and week.
School Configuration and official documents
School Configuration shows the country and school type assigned to the school. These are controlled by the platform administrator. You can enable or disable the official document types that your school needs from the available catalogue.
Import and export data
Use data files safely
- Download the template from the same import screen you will use.
- Keep required column headers and use a small test file before a large import.
- Review the import summary and errors before assuming all records were created.
- Use CSV exports only for an approved reporting or operational purpose.
- Store exports securely and remove local copies when they are no longer needed.
System Settings supports CSV import for student, staff, and teacher records, plus directory exports. User Management also has a spreadsheet import flow. Use one controlled process for each intake to reduce duplicate accounts.
