Application Modules

Agiled connects school setup with daily teaching, family access, school operations, and leadership review.

This is the shared application map. It explains where information belongs and points to the role guide that owns the detailed workflow. It does not repeat role-specific steps or describe incomplete controls as working features.

How information moves through Agiled

  1. A School Admin sets up the school year, term, people, classes, subjects, and access.
  2. Enrollment, subject allocations, and schedules connect teachers and students to the right learning activity.
  3. Teachers maintain classroom attendance and grade drafts; Staff supports school operations and official records.
  4. Authorised school workflows make published grades, issued documents, and family-linked information available to students and parents.
  5. Principals review school information and coordinate decisions with the roles responsible for operational follow-up.
