Choosing and Checking a Child Profile
Your Parent account shows children connected to you by the school. Always choose and confirm the correct child before reading school information or contacting the school about a record.

Check the correct child
- Open a Parent page and choose the child you want to review.
- Confirm the child’s name, current grade level, and section.
- Review the relevant course, grade, attendance, or assignment information.
- Tell the school office if the child, grade, or section does not look correct.
Family link
A family link is the school record that connects a parent or guardian account to a child. It is what keeps each child’s school information private.
What happens next
The school office or School Admin maintains family links and enrollment records. Correcting those source records updates what a Parent account can view.

Troubleshooting
The grade or section looks wrong
Ask the school office to check the child’s active enrollment and current term.
More than one child is linked
Choose one child at a time and check the name before discussing any record with the school.
