Teacher Document Drafts

Teachers can prepare document drafts for students within their classroom scope and submit them for further processing. Verifying, issuing, voiding, and controlled-document stock remain Staff or Admin responsibilities.

Tersedia sekarang. Terakhir ditinjau: 9 September 2026.

Prepare and submit a classroom-scoped draft

  1. Open Documents (/teacher/documents) and search for the student in your assigned class.
  2. Check the registry for an existing document with the same purpose before creating a draft.
  3. Select the correct document type and verify the student’s identity, enrollment, and intended purpose.
  4. Save the draft, review the visible details, and submit it when it is ready for Staff review.
  5. If Staff returns the draft for correction, read the attached explanation note, make the requested amendments, and re-submit.

Apa yang terjadi selanjutnya

Submitting a draft sends the record to the Staff document review queue. It does not independently create an official issued document.

For source-data, document lifecycle, verification, or stock problems, see Teacher troubleshooting.

Troubleshooting

A draft was returned for correction

Open the document from the list to view the reason provided by the staff reviewer. Update the details requested (such as remarks, dates, or student profile fields) and click Submit again.

A draft already exists

Check its purpose and status. Continue the existing draft or contact Staff to resolve an incorrect duplicate.

The wrong document was drafted

Do not submit it. If already submitted, ask Staff to return it for correction or cancel the draft under school policy.
