Troubleshooting
I cannot see my courses or timetable
Check whether the school term has changed, then ask the school office or School Admin to check your enrollment, course, and schedule setup.
I cannot find an assignment
Check the correct course and ask the teacher whether the task has been assigned to your class.
My grade is missing or looks wrong
Results appear after publication. Ask your teacher about timing or ask them to review the assessment if the published result seems incorrect.
My attendance is incorrect
Give the date and lesson to your teacher or school office. Do not try to change attendance yourself.
An issued document is missing
Ask Staff or the school office to check the document status and source record. Do not create a second request while the original status is being checked.
I see another person’s information
Stop using the page and report it immediately. Do not save, share, or discuss the information.
