Attendance Record
My Attendance shows attendance records for the current school term. It can help you understand which lessons have been recorded as Present, Absent, Late, or Excused.

Understand attendance statuses
- Present: recorded as attending the lesson.
- Absent: recorded as not attending the lesson.
- Late: recorded as arriving after the expected start time.
- Excused: recorded as absent or unavailable with an accepted school reason.
Check an attendance record
- Open My Attendance.
- Check the date, subject, and attendance status.
- Ask your teacher or school office if you think a record needs checking.
- Give the date and lesson when you ask for help so staff can find the correct record.

You have no attendance records
Check the current term and ask the school office whether your enrollment and class setup are correct.
You need to be absent
Follow the absence procedure given by your school, parent, or teacher. Do not assume an online form or attachment has been received unless the school confirms it.
You see an unfamiliar lesson
Report it to the school office rather than guessing why it appears.
