Run a daily leadership review
- Confirm the active academic year and active term shown by the school.
- Review unusual student, teacher, section, or unassigned-student indicators.
- Open the related detailed record before asking another role to act.
- Record the action owner and deadline through the school’s approved operating process.
- Recheck the detailed record after the handoff is completed.
