Troubleshooting

No child is linked to my account

Ask the school office or School Admin to verify the parent-child relationship. Do not use another guardian’s account.

The child, class, or section is incorrect

Stop using the record and ask the school office to check active enrollment and family-link information.

Courses, assignments, or timetable are missing

Ask the school office to check the current term, enrollment, course setup, and schedule. Ask the teacher if the question is about a particular assignment.

A grade is missing or appears incorrect

Results are visible after publication. Ask the teacher about timing or request a review of the identified assessment.

Attendance needs correction

Give the child’s name, date, subject, and status to the teacher or school office. Do not try to change the attendance record yourself.

I can see another family’s information

Stop using the page and report it immediately. Do not download, save, share, or discuss the information.

I need an official document or urgent help

Ask Staff or the school office about the approved document process. For safeguarding, health, identity, finance, legal, or urgent concerns, use the school’s restricted or urgent contact route instead of a routine request.
