Student Learning Portfolio
Students view their personal learning journey through their dedicated interface at /student/islamic-learning:
- Visual Milestone Timeline: A chronological view of Ayahs recited, Surahs memorized, and Hadiths mastered.
- Current Hifz Retention Status: An intuitive display of upcoming Muraja'ah portions to encourage daily self-directed revision.
- Verified Certificates: Digital library of all certificates of achievement earned across academic terms.
Parent Weekly Digest and Family Engagement
Parents stay informed without being overwhelmed by technical scores via /parent/islamic-learning:
Access the parent Islamic learning view
- Log into the parent account and navigate to Islamic Learning (
/parent/islamic-learning). - Select your linked child.
- Review the Weekly Learning Summary showing the current Surah and Ayah practiced in school, teacher encouragement notes, and family-shared Tarbiyah milestones.
Operational Digests and Cohort Analytics
Department heads and school leadership track program health and student retention through dedicated analytics suites:
- Teacher Cohort Digest (
/islamic-learning/reports/teacher): Class-level pacing summaries, overdue Muraja'ah alerts, and curriculum unit completion rates. - School-Wide Analytics (
/islamic-learning/reports/school): Multi-year retention health, Khatm completion rates, and longitudinal learning data across grade cohorts.
