Grading Administration
School Admins define the grading rules that teachers use. Set these rules before the first assessment period so grades mean the same thing across the school.

Grade scales
A grade scale converts an achieved mark or result into a label and value, such as A, A+, 4.0, or a mastery level. Create scales that reflect your school's approved assessment policy, then review the ranges and descriptions carefully before they are used.
Grading templates
A grading template defines the weighted components of an assessment, such as coursework, examination, or participation. Use a clear name and ensure the weights represent the policy your school intends to apply.
Recommended setup order
- Create or confirm grade scales.
- Create grading templates for the relevant subject allocations.
- Review template weights and naming with the academic lead.
- Ask teachers to verify the correct template is available before entering grades.
Oversee grade publication
The Grading Overview lists class and teacher grading activity. Use it to check progress, publish grades when the school is ready, or return published grades to draft when corrections are required.
ماذا يحدث بعد ذلك
Teachers enter and submit class results, while students and parents see the results once the appropriate publication step has occurred.
