Switching between linked children
If you have more than one child attending the school, use the Child Selector located at the top of the Parent portal.
Switch and check a child profile
- Open any Parent screen (such as Academics, Grades, or Attendance).
- Use the Child Selector dropdown in the top bar to choose the child you wish to inspect.
- Confirm the selected child’s name, grade level, and assigned section.
- Review the relevant academic subjects, teacher remarks, attendance records, or submitted absence requests for that specific child.
- Report to the school office immediately if an enrolled child is missing or if details do not match.
Family link
A family link is the school record that connects a parent or guardian account to a child. It is what keeps each child’s school information private.
اس کے بعد کیا ہوتا ہے
The school office or School Admin maintains family links and enrollment records. Correcting those source records updates what a Parent account can view.

Troubleshooting
The grade or section looks wrong
Ask the school office to check the child’s active enrollment and current term.
More than one child is linked
Use the Child Selector dropdown at the top of the screen to switch between children. Check the active child's name in the banner before reviewing grades or submitting requests.
