The Attendance area shows your linked child’s attendance records for the current school term. Each record includes a date, lesson context, and status.

Understand attendance statuses

  • Present: recorded as attending the lesson.
  • Absent: recorded as not attending the lesson.
  • Late: recorded as arriving after the expected start time.
  • Excused: recorded with an accepted school reason.

Check an attendance concern

  1. Choose the correct child.
  2. Check the date, subject, and attendance status.
  3. Keep a short note of the specific record you need checked.
  4. Ask the teacher or school office to investigate when a record seems incorrect.
