Issued School Documents
Agiled can show school documents that have already been officially issued to your account, such as records or certificates. An issued document is different from a draft or a request that is still being processed.

Check your issued documents
Review a document
- Open My Grades and look for the issued-document area.
- Check the document type, issue date, and purpose.
- Keep school documents private and show them only to people your school or family has approved.
- Ask school Staff or Admin for help if you need a document or spot an error.

Staff and Admin prepare, verify, and issue official school documents. Students can view only documents already issued to their own account.

A document has the wrong details
Do not edit, share, or use it. Tell Staff/Admin which document and detail need checking.
You are asked to send a document online
Check with your parent/guardian or school first, especially if it contains your identity information.
You see a document for another person
Stop and report it immediately. Do not download, save, or share it.
