Your daily responsibilities
- Check the dashboard and timetable before teaching.
- Work from the correct class, subject, date, and student roster.
- Record attendance and grades accurately, then review what was saved.
- Keep student and family information private and use it only for a genuine educational or safety need.
- Escalate missing setup, placement, safeguarding, family, or official-record matters instead of creating a workaround.
A reliable teaching routine
- Confirm the active term, today’s class, and the roster before acting.
- Use the timetable and assigned class list as the starting point for attendance and teaching work.
- Save grade drafts regularly and submit only after checking each learner and assessment.
- Use document drafts only for students in your classroom scope, then submit them for further processing.
