Attendance Register
Attendance records a student’s participation for the correct class and date. Use the assigned timetable or class context, check every learner, and review before you submit.
Available now. Last reviewed: 19 August 2026.
Record attendance safely
- Open Attendance and confirm the selected date and class.
- Compare the displayed roster with the students present for that class.
- Mark each student Present, Absent, Late, or Excused according to school policy.
- Review unmarked students and exception statuses before submitting.
- Submit, then reopen or review the record to confirm the intended statuses were saved.
What happens next
Submitted absence and late records can trigger parent alerts. Attendance is therefore a school record, not merely a lesson checklist.

Troubleshooting
A student is unmarked
Do not automatically treat the learner as present unless you have checked. Confirm the situation, then mark the appropriate status.
The wrong date or class was selected
Stop before submission. Correct the selection and recheck the roster.
The roster differs from the room
Do not record a student who is not in the official roster. Ask the School Admin to verify enrollment or class placement.
